The Jewish Community Relations Council and its partners invite you to the 2017 Greater Boston Community Holocaust Commemoration of Yom Hashoah in Faneuil Hall, Boston. Guest speaker: Rabbi Joseph Polak, a child survivor of the Westerbork and Bergen-Belsen concentration camps, the Hillel Rabbi Emeritus at B.U. and Chief Justice of the Rabbinical Court of Massachusetts. He is the author of the memoir After the Holocaust The Bells Still Ring. The book, with a forward by Elie Wiesel, won the 2015 National Jewish Book Award in the category of Biography/Autobiography. Our own Cantor Michael McCloskey is the leader of the special musical component of this year's program. Registration is strongly encouraged.
