Through innovative programming, inter-cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to Jewish Peoplehood, Temple Emeth is at the forefront of an inclusive community approach. Temple Emeth, fervently Zionistic over its more than seven decade history, has forged specially designed programs for reaching out to and strengthening its ties with the Boston Israeli community.
From a wide array of weekly Chugim (enrichment clubs) spanning Israeli dance, cooking, martial arts, Hebrew as a language and far more, to events presented in Hebrew, unique Israeli-style celebrations of Lag B'Omer and Tu B'Shevat, through Shabbat eve home gatherings for dinner and discussions - Temple Emeth cherishes a vibrant and ongoing desire to embrace our Israeli friends.
Appreciating both similarities and differences in Israeli/American cultural and religious perspectives will continue to foster these ties.
