Brotherhood

Temple Emeth Brotherhood is the place for connections. Constantly innovating to surpass our previous levels of success, our programming year includes activities to engage and interest all men in our community in friendship, sports, spirituality, family, food, and fun. Brotherhood programs include adult education, community events, religious school enrichment, and sports.

Brotherhood is affiliated with the Federation of Jewish Men's Clubs, which in 2009 presented us with the FJMC Quality Club Award for outstanding programming achievement.

Religious School Enrichment

Brotherhood’s “Who We Are” educational enrichment programs for seventh graders are designed to help students develop their Jewish identities. Activities include a Make Your Own Shofar Workshop, a Building Sukkot Memories event, a trip to the New England Holocaust Memorial in Boston, and an End of the Religious School Year Pizza Party.


Softball

Each spring the Brotherhood Softball Team, managed by congregant Mike Rabb, takes to the field in the Tel Aviv Division of the Men’s Shul Softball League. Over the years, the team’s performance has improved from last place standing to a spot in the play-offs.

May 13 Captain's Game Report:
Emeth 24, Mishkan Tefila 12. Despite being shorthanded due to injuries and Mother's Day, we were able to win with only 9 men. We are now in first place, undefeated at 5-0...
