Temple Emeth Memorial Park cemetery, established in 1957, is actively maintained by our Memorial Park Committee. It is located two miles from Temple Emeth, within the Baker Street Jewish Cemeteries at 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury/Boston. The Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts offers many downloadable resources relating to cemeteries, including a guide to Massachusetts Jewish cemeteries, an explanation of Jewish cemetery symbols, a pamphlet on unveilings, and the origins of leaving a visitation stone. A Time to Mourn, A Time to Comfort, a project of the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs, contains information about Jewish cemeteries, and is available in the Temple’s library.
