Women's Rosh Chodesh

 Women's Rosh Chodesh Study Group

• Theme for 2019-2020: "In the Darkest of Times: Heroic Actions Rescue Humanity"
• Tonight's topic: "Courageous Storytellers - Heroic Artists in WWII Camps and Ghettos"
• Meeting concludes with light refreshments and socializing

Women's Rosh Chodesh Study Group

Description:

Join us for the 8th year of our monthly Women’s Rosh Chodesh Study Group. The theme for this year is In the Darkest of Times, Heroic Actions Rescue Humanity. This study includes the Holocaust and the impact of the Resistance movement, Partisan actions, the establishment of Israel through the Haganah and Palmach and courageous acts of Jewish gentile women.

In this session we will welcome the new month of Kislev. We will discuss xxxxx.

The group is open to all women. It is lay-led and advised by Cantor Michael McCloskey. Study and discussion hour begins at 7:30 pm following our 7:00 pm minyan. Come join us for some study, a little nosh and lots of camaraderie.
