High Five: Drop In, Do Good
Temple Emeth & Binah B’emet Social Action Chesed Program
Dates of Program: 10/27; 12/8; 1/26; 3/22; 5/3 Time: 12:30-3:00 pm
The program is for adults and supervised children of all ages. All are welcome and anyone may participate in any – all of the sessions. Advanced sign up (the week before) is required for security purposes. Light lunch will be provided at 12:30 pm.
Program Objectives: To provide opportunities for meaningful social action/Chesed projects which reach beyond Binah B’emet and include all members of the congregation, all ages, and open to the whole South Brookline community; to create an environment where students in Binah B’emet participate, together with their families, in experiential learning, hands-on action projects, and in living the Jewish values of the Binah B’emet curriculum; to collaborate with Jewish Family & Children's Service, and to assist by supporting/contributing to existing/ongoing projects at JF&CS. Community service hours will be certified for those eligible.

On Sunday, January 26 - Drop In & Create Cards for Holocaust Survivors to help brighten their birthday celebrations.
