Temple Emeth Brotherhood is the place for connections. Constantly innovating to surpass our previous levels of success, our programming year includes activities to engage and interest all men in our community in friendship, sports, spirituality, family, food, and fun. Brotherhood programs include adult education, community events, religious school enrichment, and sports.

Brotherhood is affiliated with the Federation of Jewish Men's Clubs, which in 2009 presented us with the FJMC Quality Club Award for outstanding programming achievement.

Religious School Enrichment

Brotherhood’s “Who We Are” educational enrichment programs for seventh graders are designed to help students develop their Jewish identities. Activities include a Make Your Own Shofar Workshop, a Building Sukkot Memories event, a trip to the New England Holocaust Memorial in Boston, and an End of the Religious School Year Pizza Party.

Each spring the Brotherhood Softball Team, managed by Mike Rabb, takes to the field in the Men’s Shul Softball League (MSSL). Over the years, the team’s performance has improved from last place standing to 2012 Tel Aviv Division Champions (see photo at right, with Kiddush Cup trophy).

The Spring 2018 softball season has ended. Our team is now playing in the Jerusalem Division. Check back for Spring 2019 softball news. A complete schedule can be found online at, including directions to fields.
